This program is specially design & launch for those who can not effort the cost of their higher education or, any preparation for extra classes. We know better that, Today education is quite expensive for general or, Middle class family.

But from now onwards we hope no body will left their education due to MONEY problem. We are going to bear entire cost for their higher education specially for preparatory classes.Click here for detail

  Am I entitled to receive ID card and employment Number? (Personnel quarry) as i dont see my name on the Recently updated list of officers.

  For conducting scholarship test who will be making the expenses like stationary expenses and so on as it requires printing of question papers and providing answer sheets as well.

Ans: Off course Bicef headquarters. You will charged for all above these. Since you will only charge for letter pad, visiting card(Personal use) only.

                 However we are planning to make Our entire department paperless. Whole systems will computerized in few month.

  Who will  set the question papers abd who will evaluate the exam paper?

Ans: A member of board from different Boards, schools and university.

  Is the scholarship of Rs. 750 (min) fixed for all category of class?

Ans: Yes!

                   But let me clarify one thing, No cash will give to student. We will deposited their scholarship as fixed deposit in Banks for their higher education.

This is not all, We are giving a classroom package of rs- 60,000 to student from – 10th and 12th. If they are preparing for any Medical, Engineering, CA exam or, IT. We will bear the 60% expanses.

But they have to move at study centre at- Delhi, Patna, Ranchi, Gandhi Nagar, Kota.

  For how many years or month will the scholarship be awarded to the qualified students?

We bear only higher education or, Vocational Course fee. But if student enroll in any preparation program Like- For medical, Engering, Management ,IT and Computer(More details can be obtain from – http://bivha.jimdo.com/bivha-varsity

  Scholarship registration form should be made by me or BICEF has another official form for this purpose.

Sure! You can download it from website and take print and submit.

  The marks obtained by the students in the test should be send only or the whole exam paper.

Ans: Only score card will be sent to student along with certificate of merit.

                        But exam paper can be ask on demand.

  How many days will it take to award the scholarship of the selected students after the result has been send to you and where will it be send or how can it be distributed.

Ans- Hardly 15 day from the result out.

   The selected student are entitle to received 50000-100000 family package or branded computer , is that mean insurance cover ?

Ans: Any one from these, as per Bicef boards norms. But they will receive grant in additional for- Computer, Insurance package. Etc.

However student can have a branded P-3 PC at the cost of Rs- 6,000 – 8,000.

  In a year how many scholarship test can I conduct and for how many students?

Ans: for current project minimum student should be 10,000.But more numbers of student will count as your performance. And will help in promotion or, Awards.

This  is open source program for All. It is fact  that we only focused on under-privilege child But we never difference between them on race, Religion, Economic  condition.

Who sponsored scholarship program?

Scholarship program is sponsored by World leading aid agencies, UN agencies, Public Bodies. Part of BFV's resources come from country and regional funds provided by Bivha Corporation Development Programs. Other significant sources include the regular programme budgets of UN agencies, contributions from host governments, special purpose grants by donor governments, and the UNV Special Voluntary Fund. Contributions to UNV’s Special Voluntary Fund and other funds exceed $17 million annually.

 

Who is targeted?

Off course!! Children, Youth . we never matter difference between children . Any one can apply.

 

Is there any age limit for children support program?

No!! Never

At BICEF office or, Program Manager

 

What are procedure for scholarship grant?

First, you have to visit BICEF office or, District program Manager. Team Bicef will guide you through with programs Norms.

 

2nd should have to filled a application form for scholarship grant.

3rd should have to deposited a nominal registration fee for scholarship test.

  • FOR Std 1 to 2nd  – 80 INR
  • For std 3rd  to 4th – 100 INR
  • For std 5th to 6th – 120 INR
  • For std 7th to 9th – 150 INR
  • For std 10th – 180 INR
  • For std 11th -200 INR(For UPC- 180 INR only)
  • For std 12th – 250 INR(For UPC- 200 INR Only)

Can school/College also apply for Grant?

Yes ! But they have to follow the norms strictly.

What are the norms for schools?

  • Institute applying for grant must be non-profitable.
  • No supported by any religious trust.
  • Should must contribute a roles in child education.
  •  Providing a economic education with High quality.
  • Not got any fund form any organization.
  • Should not blacklisted by any organization
  • Have Minimum number of 50 student and manpower of 22 people.
  • Supporting free education for rural underprivileged children.
  • Must have to score minimum 75% by Bicef Management.

 

 

What is procedure for applying for Grant for institute?

 

  • Institute has to visit Bicef Offices.
  • Have to fill application form for Grant
  • They may ask for Registration fee i.e 5,000 INR*
  • They have to submitted a report of their three years activities. Including results, Number of student enroll, Expanses etc
  • They have to submit a project expanses , asking for grant.
  • The Number of student should be Minimum 50

 

 

When will they receive a response about registration?
Within 24 hours from registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration in the BFV database and your personal roster number.

 

 

Where Institute can expanse Grant?

They can utilize their fund for -

 

 

 

What are the Scoring For institute?

Scoring is the most important for Any financial Grant.

Scoring done on the basic of 4 stages-

 

  • Overall result in scholarship Exam
  • Academic Record of institute
  • Number of student enrolling in exam
  • Marks given by- People, Volunteers, Bicef Managers, Boards of Directors, Public Bodies.

 

Passing score is Min- 75%

 

What will happen if a institute fail to score 75%?

Opps! That particular institute will not able to get financial Aid. But still they will entitle to receive Grant in special norms.

 

They will receive grant for :

Employee/staff Insurance Coverage ,Computer Infrastructure, classroom, Games etc

 

Apart from Bivha Child education will provide a certificate for Excellency.

 

Institute has to submit report regarding expanses?

 

Yes. They have to submit expanses certificate issue by Public Forum or, Court. Our official delegates will verify the campus of institute to be sure about report.
